"What I see in Nature is a magnificent structure that we can comprehend only very imperfectly, and that must fill a thinking person with a feeling of humility. This is a genuinely religious feeling that has nothing to do with mysticism."

Albert Einstein

Gods & Goddesses
Diosas

It is said that all women have in ther unconcious the mark of a universal arquetipe: a character that repeats itself endlessly in the history of many cultures. Arquetipes can be guides to understanding our own history; we can know how women with similar stories have lived, and even more, how they have found the lesson under their story. In this video you will find many pictures of women arquetipes over different times and cultures. Enjoy!

Art
Sacred Mountains

Nicholas Roerich (1874-1947) was a russian painter that travelled extensively throughout the world. His paintings are very much inspired on the East: mountains, religious figures, and human figures that along with the natural landscape, evoke the sacred inside of us. His colors are not very realistic, and yet they evoke sensations that are very similar to those that we feel when we are near such spectacular places. Nicholas Roerich also made great efforts to ensure that governments protect art.

Yogi Bhajan
Yogiji

Yogi Bhajan (also known as the Siri Singh Sahib or Harbhajan Singh), dedicated a great part of life to sharing a technology called "Kundalini Yoga". These exercises, though physical, also work to clean up the mind of its repetitive thoughts, and to clean up the body of all the energetical blocks, so that we can perceive better and with more clarity the spirit: that part which transcends in us. The videos of Yogi Bhajan are amazing because of his humor, his acuteness, and the simple way in which he throws light over the most complex and painful processes of life.

Meditation y Mantra

Yogiji Yogiji Yogiji

Mantra is a very controversial subject when talking about meditation: some people are for it, and some people against it. In any case, mantra is sacred. Though some people might be scared to repeat the same phrase over and over, mantra has such a powerful effect that anyone who practices will be able to see for him/herself. These small videos of Yogi Bhajan explain very well what mantra is and why the mind has to be controlled.

Animals and our food

Eating cats Earthlings

Life needs death to keep on living; our elders knew this and they lived on meat to survive. However our elders knew the meaning and weight of death, and they knew death was a very serious thing both for animals and humans. That's why, when they went out hunting, they first asked permissions to the gods to kill. There is even evidence that some cultures asked permission to the animal to kill him (and also to the plants). Today the way we kill our food has lost all meaning and ritual to it, and on the contrary, the animals are slaughtered in very cruel and insensitive ways. Animals can feel; let us not forget this fact. We share these videos (one small video and one amazing movie called earthlings) so that you think twice in what you eat and how you treat animals.

Health and Healing

Deepak y Dean

In this interesting interview made to Deepak Chopra and Dean Ornish, the health subject is explored from a strict scientific point of view: very small changes in our lifestyle can cause major changes in our health. Also, the imprtance of conciousness in health is explored.

Sadhana

Yogiji

Sadhana is a word used by many religious disciplines... Sadhana literally means "discipline"... Many wise men can tell you that discipline makes up habits, and habits make up our daily lives. In this video Yogi Bhajana talks about the importance of sadhana and why the hour you do it in, does matter.

Indigenous Wisdom

Chief Seattle

Impressive, true and sad is this letter that Chief Seattle writes to the President of the United States. A wild human being knew already what his conquerors are just learning now: God is one and the same for everyone; we are all brothers of the animals and nature, and we belong to Mother Earth and she doesn't belong to us. A must watch.
