Inverted bow pose for male potency
Lie on your back. Bending the knees with your feet on the ground, grasp the ankles (1). Inhale and raise the buttocks, pushing the navel point up (2). Exhale and relax down.

Basic Spinal Energy Set
This is an easy set, excellent for beginners. In fact, it may be used as a warm-up, although it is usually practied on its own prior to meditation. This set energizes all the chakras, improves spinal flexibility, and enhances the flow of spinal fluid to the brain, which in turn enhances mental alertness.
For the Colon, the Spine and the Organs
1) Sit in easy pose. The right arm is out straight, slightly higher than horizontal. The right palm is perpendicular to the ground, fingers together. The left hand rests in the lap. (1A). Now leave the left hand in your lap, and bring the right arm up to 90 deegrees, keeping the hand in the same position in relation to the arm. (1B). Keep moving the arm up and down, counting "1" (up), "2" (down) and so on until you reach 40.
