Kundalini Yoga courses, workshops & retreats in Mexico & the World
"Altered must be Nature's harsh economy
Acquittance she must win from her past's bond,
An old account of suffering exhaust,
Strike out from Time the soul's long compound debt
And the heavy servitudes of the Karmic Gods
The slow revenge of unforgiving Law
And the deep need of universal pain
And hard sacrifice and tragic consequence."

fragments of Savitri - Sri Aurobindo

Who are we?

Jai Hari Singh Yoga Teacher Jai Hari Singh & Sarabpal Kaur are a recent couple; both have been transformed by Kundalini Yoga and the teachings of Yogi Bhajan.

Jai Hari Singh has been a Yoga & Meditation Teacher for almost 30 years. He has been a direct student of Yogui Bhajan, his spiritual teacher. In his professional life, he has been a small entrepreneur; a high executive in transnational corporations; and right now, he is personal adviser of executives and government members. He has worked in civil society leading various nongovernmental organizations dedicated to the spreading and expansion of the teachings of yoga and meditation, and is also greatly interested in interreligious dialogue. He was the head of the Ashram de Guru Ram Das for almost three years (an ashram is a community in which the teacher lives together and shares his or her experiences with people who want to learn more about the practice of yoga). During his stay in the Ashram, he was able to help people, specially people who had depressions, problems with addictions, and in general people who were seeking a way to follow the high pace of our life in this new century.

Sarabpal Kaur is studying to be a Kundalini Yoga teacher. She lived in the Ashram of Guru Ram Das for a year and a half. In there, she learnt the discipline of Kundalini Yoga and the teachings of the Master Yogui Bhajan. Sarabpal Kaur Before living in the Ashram, Sarabpal Kaur studied Political Science at the CIDE (Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas). Her interest for yoga started because for many years, she saw how her mother woke up very early in the mornings to do yoga. At 15 years of age, she took six months of Iyengar Yoga with Hertha Rogg. She is still grateful for the memory these classes left in her body. However she stopped doing yoga and it wasn’t until she was 22 years old when she re-took yoga, but this time Kundalini Yoga lessons. Kundalini Yoga literally saved her life, helping her regain her mind, confidence & health. Right now she is complementing her Kundalini Yoga practice with Hatha Yoga lessons. Sarabpal Kaur also enjoys very much singing and she thinks that music in general, is a form of expression where the soul talks. She is interested in ecological & community projects, and in getting to know people who have faith in humanity and are working to make this world a better place to live for everyone.
